Peter Ogweno Wasaga-FOUNDER & PROPRIETOR
Peter Ogweno Wasaga is a distinguished Advocate and the Founder & Proprietor of Peter Wasaga & Company Advocates, specializing in Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Corporate & Commercial Law, Tax Law & Tax Compliance, Debt Recovery, and Immigration Law.
His practice focuses on Property & Conveyancing, Corporate Compliance, Commercial Transactions, Tax Law & Compliance, Debt Recovery, and Immigration Services, including Visas, Work Permits, and Citizenship.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He brings a strong combination of legal knowledge, practical experience, and strategic insight to every matter he undertakes.

David Omondi - SENIOR ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE
David Omondi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya specializing in Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment & Labour Law, Constitutional & Human Rights Law, Insolvency, and Tax Law.
He has experience in commercial and corporate disputes, employment matters, tax disputes, insolvency, mediation, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on strategic and effective dispute resolution.
David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He brings strong advocacy, analytical insight, and a results-oriented approach to his practice.
Patricia Wangui Njeru - ASSOSIATE ADVOCATE
Patricia Wangui Njeru is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya specializing in Probate & Administration, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Conveyancing, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, including Arbitration and Mediation.
She is experienced in legal drafting, advisory work, and end-to-end case management, with a professional approach defined by precision, efficiency, and clear communication.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Strathmore University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Tracy Omwenga- OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Tracy possesses strong legal research skills and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s legal and administrative functions.
She is responsible for office administration, client relations, file and records management, scheduling, and coordinating the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her legal training, organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to excellence contribute to the efficient delivery of quality legal services to the firm’s clients.
Daisy Ingrid Ilamwenya- LAWYER/PUPIL
Daisy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the University of Mysore and is a Pupil Advocate at Peter Wasaga & Company Advocates, gaining practical experience across Civil & Criminal Litigation, Family Law, Conveyancing, Employment & Labour Law, Commercial Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Policy & Governance.
Her experience includes legal research, drafting pleadings and legal documents, client support, conveyancing, file management, and case preparation. She is committed to developing her advocacy skills and looks forward to admission to the Bar in 2027.
Elisha Opiyo - IT MANAGER
Elisha Opiyo oversees the firm’s IT operations, ensuring seamless technology infrastructure, secure systems, and efficient digital workflows. He leverages his expertise to support both internal teams and client services, enabling smooth, reliable, and innovative legal solutions.
